THESE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for strategic procurement in the core areas of plastics, paper, energy, logistics, and waste management
- Conducting complex supplier negotiations at the international level
- Ongoing market analysis and the development of data-driven procurement strategies
- Ensuring timely availability of materials through strategic supplier management
- Planning and conducting supplier audits
- Close coordination with internal departments to optimize procurement processes
- Identification and realization of cost-saving opportunities throughout the entire value chain
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Successful completion of technical or business training (technical college, university of applied sciences, or university degree)
- Several years of professional experience in international purchasing, ideally in the relevant procurement markets
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong negotiation skills and a confident demeanor
- Analytical mindset and strong business acumen
- Assertiveness combined with strong communication skills
- Teamwork and flexibility in dynamic work environments
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
