We have a 10-color gravure printing press and three modern 10-color flexographic printing systems available for printing your products. WithjoFlex100, the flexographic printing process further developed by Jodl, we offer you an attractive and cost-effective alternative to gravure printing.

In the case of glued block-bottom bags, fine-grained or powdery contents often find their way out through the spouts.Pests also frequently find their way into the bag this way. Somecontents are even so corrosive that they can dissolve adhesives and dyes. The result: the bottom and side seams burst open.
TheJoSealFixblock-bottom pouch, developed by Jodl,featuresa sealed longitudinal seam and a sealed bottom, making it capable of withstanding even aggressive contents such as tea or spices. Thanks to its exceptionally smooth bottom shape, it stands securely on the shelf and ensures high-quality product presentation at the point of sale.
JoSealFix canbe filled as usual—either manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically—on all standard packaging lines.
Thesealed block-bottom pouch isideal for fine-grained, powdery, and corrosive products such as tea, spices, herbs, and instant products, as well as for confectionery. Whether as a pure film bag or in a single- or multi-layer paper composite combination, we develop thesealed block-bottom bag JoSealFixwithcustomprinting and tailored specifically to the requirements of the product.
