We have a 10-color gravure printing press and three modern 10-color flexographic printing systems available for printing your products. WithjoFlex100, the flexographic printing process further developed by Jodl, we offer you an attractive and cost-effective alternative to gravure printing.

Gesiegelter Blockbodenbeutel
In the case of glued block-bottom bags, fine-grained or powdery contents often find their way out through the spouts.Pests also frequently find their way into the bag this way. Somecontents are even so corrosive that they can dissolve adhesives and dyes. The result: the bottom and side seams burst open.
Der von Jodl entwickelte Blockbodenbeutel JoSealFix mit gesiegelter Längsnaht und gesiegeltem Boden hält selbst aggressiven Füllgütern wie Tee oder Gewürzen stand. Durch die besonders glatte Bodenform steht er sicher und fest im Regal und sorgt für eine hochwertige Produktpräsentation am POS.
JoSealFix kann wie gewohnt entweder manuell, halb- oder vollautomatisch auf allen gängigen Abpackanlagen abgefüllt werden.
Der gesiegelte Blockbodenbeutel eignet sich ideal für feinkörnige, pulverartige, sowie aggressive Füllgüter wie Tee, Gewürze, Kräuter, Instantprodukte, aber auch für Süßwaren. Ob als reiner Folienbeutel oder in einer ein-oder mehrlagigen Papier-Verbundkombination, wir entwickeln den gesiegelten Blockbodenbeutel JoSealFix individuell bedruckt und speziell auf die Anforderungen des Füllgutes zugeschnitten.

Demetallisierung
Durch unsere hauseigene Demetallisierungstechnologie können metallisierte Folien an definierten Stellen wieder transparent gestaltet werden. Die Kombination aus hochwertig bedruckten Bereichen mit Metalleffekten in gold, silber, etc. mit einem Sichtfenster bringt Ihr Produkt optimal zur Geltung.
Heißfolienprägung
Die Heissfolienprägung kann auf allen unseren Produkten aufgebracht werden. Dabei wird ein farbiges Dekorband mit Hitze auf das jeweilige Substrat übertragen. Die Prägung gibt Ihren Produkten einen sehr hochwertigen Charakter.
